David Timberlake, your trusted home inspector, grew up in St. John Parish, where his fascination with construction blossomed. From his father’s workshop to aiding neighbors with renovations, David’s childhood was steeped in the art of building. Through diverse experiences, he mastered various construction tasks, from building homes to intricate roofing.

Transitioning into an operations management role in industrial construction, David sharpened his eye for detail. Fueled by a passion for empowering homeowners, he transitioned to home inspections, believing in the importance of knowledge and peace of mind.

Deeply embedded in his community, David serves across parish lines, from Ascension to Livingston Parish, covering Greater Baton Rouge and Greater New Orleans, including the South and North Shores.
